I live on the south side of Lake Tippy just outside of North Webster, Indiana and have some space I thought I would offer for winter storage. I have room for two boats or a pontoon or jet ski and trailer or car trailer etc. I also have space for your RV be it a trailer, fifth wheel or motor home. If you need to drop your pontoon on blocks then that is fine as well.
I had the RV space installed several years ago for my 31 foot fifth wheel and still had plenty of room for my pickup in front of it. We sold the fifth wheel.
I am older and rarely leave the house and the larger space is 10 feet from my bedroom window and I am a night person so pretty safe. Never had any issues and been here over 30 years.
The boat etc. parking would be on asphalt in front of my garage.
I would like to see that any item has a pin on trailer lock on it.
You would be renting the space FOR STORAGE ONLY from Now until the end of May 2026 and my prices will start at 250.00 for the season paid when you pull it in. If you need space for the summer I can work with you on that as well, So give me a call and let's see if I can help you.
