Looking for an experienced roofer to replace the roof on a small detached garage and replace the existing gutter.
Scope of Work:
• Tear off existing shingles
• Install underlayment, drip edge, and shingles
• Remove and replace existing gutter and downspout
• Replace rotten decking or fascia
• Complete cleanup of work area and debris
Requirements:
• Roofing experience required
• Must provide pictures of past roofing work
• Must sign a written contract before work begins
• Must communicate any unexpected repairs before proceeding
• Must be reliable and complete the job as agreed
Compensation:
• $50 per hour labor
• Electronic payment upon satisfactory completion and inspection of work
• All materials will be supplied by me and staged on site before work begins
