Cochin bantams

Up for sale, Cochin bantams of the rare hookless feather variety. Hookless feathering remains fuzzy like fur for the bird's entire life. They are PURE Cochin bantams, not mixes, and can be bred to normal Cochin bantams to make more pure Cochin chicks. These babies are very tame, great for 4H and similar programs, or would make lovely additions to a backyard flock just for fun!

All available birds range from about 4 months up to about 7 months old. Older pullets are starting to lay. I have 4 PAIRS (one cockerel and one pullet) available and an additional 9 cockerels. Colors are Blue, Black, or Splash, varying from pet quality to breeder quality. Can mix or match colors!

I also have one adult male who has fathered many chicks this year and is now ready to retire. He can go either on his own or paired with one of the pullets not related to him. He is picture number 5 in this ad!
