Experienced Grading Crew Needed - Steady Work - Above-Ground Pools

AVERAGE EARNINGS: $20,000–$30,000 PER MONTH

My name is Kerry Spry, Director of Talent at Blue World Pools, Inc., and we are looking for experienced outdoor construction professionals in your area to install above-ground pools for our ready-and-waiting customers.

We provide a steady flow of installs, so you are not wasting time chasing jobs, bidding jobs, or competing for work every day. Our job is to keep your schedule full. Your job is to complete quality installations and get paid quickly.

Immediate work available for experienced dirt workers, heavy equipment operators, landscapers, pavers, grading crews, and construction professionals who are ready to start right away.

IMPORTANT

Before you go any further, you must have your own equipment, tools, and significant grading experience to be considered for this position. We are not hiring general laborers, helpers, or non-skilled workers for this position at this time.

PAY & PRODUCTION BONUSES

• Average $1,400–$1,600 per daily install
• Paid daily after every completed install
• Mileage reimbursement at $0.86 per mile
• $500 signing bonus
• Additional $2,500 quick-start bonuses
• Weekly $1,000 bonus for 5 or more weekly installs

REQUIRED AND/OR HELPFUL EXPERIENCE

• Above-ground pool installation experience is helpful but not required if you have strong grading and equipment experience.
• Landscaping experience is helpful but not required
• Pavers/hardscaping experience is helpful but not required
• General construction site prep experience is helpful but not required
• Significant dirt work and grading experience (REQUIRED)
• Heavy equipment operators experience (REQUIRED)
• Grading/site leveling experience (REQUIRED)

REQUIREMENTS

• Must own or have full-time access to a Full-size truck (REQUIRED)
• Must own or have full-time access to a Bobcat or front loader (REQUIRED)
• Must own or have full-time access to a Laser level or transit (REQUIRED)
• Must have a valid driver’s license and insurance (REQUIRED)
• Must have at least one full-time helper (REQUIRED)
• Must be able to start immediately (REQUIRED)
• Must be willing and able to cover a 200-mile installation radius (REQUIRED)
