**Position:** Appointment Setter
**Location:** Fort Wayne, IN (office-based with potential hybrid options)
**Schedule:** Full-time & Part-time opportunities available

What You’ll Do:
- Make outbound calls to warm leads and past inquiries
- Answer inbound calls from homeowners interested in bath and shower remodels
- Ask simple qualifying questions and schedule in-home design consultations
- Accurately enter customer information into our CRM system
- Follow up with leads who requested information but haven’t booked yet

- Reliable, punctual, and goal-driven
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Previous phone sales, customer service, call center, or appointment setting experience is a plus, but not required
