Me and my husband are saleing this trailer. Everyone think it’s a dbl wide but it’s actually not but the rooms are very spacious. We have 3 kids need a 3 bedroom so we need to get rid of this. This trailer is definitely liveable but we were wanting to remodel and we just didn’t know what we were getting ourselves into. Lot rent is about 475 total water is included in that then you pay electric and gas but yes you can also move it to wherever you’d like and yes the title is clear.
