Crazy female driver (Fort Wayne)

This woman was brake checking me and doing a rolling road block from S. Anthony to Vance Ave. until the car in the left lane moved over to the turning lane. After that she accelerated quickly up to State St.
At one point I slowed down behind her and then when I tried to pass her she accelerated to stop me and almost caused an accident.
Before all this happened she was speeding and weaving in and out of traffic on Coliseum changing lanes in a consturction zone across solid white lines.
I have a 5 minute video of the entire thing as well. All on dash cam.
