The RENT for the BEDROOM will be $600 per month with a $200 NON REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

There are a few RULES that I will state here
1. NO SMOKING VAPING OR CHEWING on any part of my property
2. NO OVERNIGHT GUESTS----There will be only 1 RENTER
3. NO PETS
4. U MUST have FULL time Job OUTSIDE the house
5. U MUST have References
6. U MUST maintain bedroom--clean dust and make up bed
U will have FULL Access to Kitchen and Laundry Room
