AVAIL. MOVE IN -- JAN 1ST, 2026 (flexible)
I am renting a 2 Bed 1 Bath luxury apartment at The Community at Triangle Park, and am looking for a clean, friendly, responsible roommate. I have already moved in, so I'm happy to meet you and give you a tour it if you meet the requirements below.
It'd be $550/mo + one month rent as a security deposit.
Amenities:
- Kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances
- Hard-wood floors except for bedrooms and living room.
- Large windows / plenty of natural light
- High, spacious ceilings
- Great location near many restaurants and easy drive to downtown Ft Wayne.
- Two closets available
- In-unit washer and dryer
- High speed internet
- Plenty of easy parking near the building
- Air fryer
- Fridge and freezer
- Microwave, electric range, and oven
- Large flat-screen TV and gaming systems available for use
- Streaming services available for use
- Luxury barstools
- Spacious shower
- Furnished living room and kitchen
- Shared gym (in building)
- Shared ping pong table (in building)
- Shared pool table (in building)
- Shared garage for bicycles (in building)
- Shared office space (in building)
- Storage space available for rent (in building)
- Vending machine (in building)
- Locked doors and security cameras (in-building)
What I'm looking for in a roommate:
- Clean and responsible
- Stable income or savings ideally
- Chill vibes and easy-going
- Good hygiene
- Good communicator (handles things civilly by communicating calmly and directly // not passive-aggressive)
- No criminal record
- Non-smoker
- No kids, pets, or live-in partners
A little bit about myself
- I'm a single, 34 y/o dude
- Pretty friendly, though I also need my space when working or unwinding
- Very respectful
- Very health-conscious
- Pretty clean for the most part
- I'm a pretty good communicator (I've had a lot of roommates, and know how to have a good vibe in the space)
- I work from home for myself
- I am building an online education business to help people with their mindsets (life coaching field)
- Pretty laid-back and easy-going as long as personal boundaries are respected.
- I generally prefer cooler temperatures indoors.
- I have a low-vision disability
- I have pretty bad asthma, so candles, strong odors, incense, or smoke are a no-go.
- I have a dog's nose, and am sensitive to strong odors, so good hygiene and cleanliness is a must.
- I'll open the window sometimes to get fresh air, especially during or after cooking or laundry
NOTES:
- The secondary bedroom for rent is unfurnished, so you'd need to provide your own bed.
- You are welcome to use my TV, game system, massage chair, and kitchen appliances and all kitchen stuff except my food.
