43 year old single male office worker looking for a place to rent near Auburn, maybe the north side of fort wayne. I live on the very south west side of Fort Wayne near the airport and want something quieter. Single, no kids, not dating (career), don't drink, don't smoke, don't do drugs, don't have any pets, and I tend to keep to myself but am social. I like to hike, kayak, garden, workout, and hangout with family and friends. Looking for a room to rent for 6-12 months, and then will look at buying a place when the prices come down. I have three references from the last five years. I pay rent on the first of the month always and sometimes beforehand. Do you have internet? I don't have a problem helping out around the house to keep it clean. I work 8 am to 5 pm. What shift and hours do people in the house work?
