As a Verizon Representative, you will meet with customers directly, introduce Verizon products and wireless services, and assist customers with service enrollments and account setup. The Verizon Representative position focuses on customer communication, wireless sales support, and account assistance, allowing you to build valuable experience while working in a fast-paced team environment.
Verizon Representative Responsibilities
Meet with customers to introduce Verizon wireless services and connectivity options
Explain Verizon service plans, promotions, and device features to customers
Assist customers with account setup, service activations, and plan enrollments
Answer questions related to Verizon services, wireless coverage, and account options
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
Provide professional customer service during all Verizon sales interactions
Verizon Representative Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Interest in sales, wireless services, or telecommunications roles
Ability to build rapport with customers and explain service options clearly
Comfortable working in a customer-facing sales environment
Goal-oriented mindset with motivation to achieve sales results
Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service is helpful but not required
