๐ I replaced the tires as soon as we bought it about 7 years ago and bought a spare for it. Never had a blow-out.
A/C works great ๐ฅถ- non-ducted. Previous owner said they replaced it with a better one. Heater works great ๐ฅต - ducted.
๐ง6 gallon water heater is gas only and outside light with an auto-igniter. 28 gallon fresh water tank, 30 gallon grey water tank, 28 gallon black water tank.

๐ชจ Added a JT Strongarm Stabilizer kit to the jacks - makes it rock solid.
๐บ Replaced the factory radio with a MagnaDyne brand - CD/DVD/Bluetooth and connected to the TV for surround sound. 2 inside/2 outside speakers. Emerson TV with DVD player built-in. Has a Google Chromecast module used to cast your Android device onto the screen.
๐กAdded new color-changing LED strip lights under the awning this year. New 16โ manual awning 5/22 - only been out 4 times.
