Hourly rate: $28.00 per hour
2nd shift starts at 1500 and 3rd shift starts at 2200
$1,800 Driver Referral Bonus Program
*We operate in a 250 mile radius of Ft. Wayne primarily in Michigan but we also make pick ups in Ohio, Indiana, Illinois and Kentucky
*Plant works 2 out of every 3 Saturdays and drivers must be available every day the plant is in production. They work 2 Saturdays on and 1 off.
-Most drivers will start out on 2nd or 3rd shift as existing drivers cover almost every day shift position that comes available. It is imperative that drivers are very flexible in the beginning but understand that it is in all of our best interests to get them to the desired shift as soon as possible. We will not deviate from the lane assignment process to meet the shift needs of a new driver. This is the only way to maintain consistency and fairness in this process.
-All freight is live load and live unload. Certain lanes will drop here at the terminal and be shuttled to the plant due to delivery time requirements

Requirements: class A CDL 1 year of experience in the past 3 years or 3 months of experience with truck driving certificate
